Canada Resources plc is a holding company with interests in Ontario, Canada and County Donegal, Ireland. Its major asset is an option to purchase a Net Smelter Royalty in a historical Nobium deposit in northern Ontario. Canada Resources plc owns a 100% interest in the 2,000 acre gold prospect property in the Kirkland Lake mining camp in northern Ontario.
Canada Resources is also considering international mineral exploration opportunities. This includes the application for prospecting licenses in the Blue Stack Mountains in Donegal Ireland, and the assessment of exploration opportunities in West Africa.
Canada Resources plc is observing the management of the Nemegosenda property by Sarissa Resources Inc. where they are evaluating the extent of the Niobium mineralization. Ongoing drilling will advance development on the property by completing an updated NI 43-101-compliant resource estimate on the D-Zone; the major Niobium mineral zone located on the Nemegosenda property. Sarissa Resources Inc. is currently working towards outlining the Niobium deposit at Nemegosenda by completing a four-hole, 1000-metre drill program with the purpose of validating and confirming historic and current diamond drill hole data. This should allow for the incorporation of the current and historic data into an updated resource estimate.
Canada Resources plc has applied for a mineral exploration concession of 95 square miles in the Blue Stack Mountains, Co. Donegal, Republic of Ireland. The prospecting application for four (4) mineral licenses is expected to be approved in the near future.
