Ruairi Moriarty

Ruairi Moriarty has a background in financial appraisal and project feasibility for land development. He has worked since 2008 identifying high value real estate investments in North, Central and West African markets, on behalf of mainly Fortune 500 companies and western governments. Ruairi holds graduate degrees in architecture and real estate development, from University College London and Columbia University, New York.

Fred Sharpley BASc, P.Geo.

Over 50 years experience as a professional geologist since graduating from the University of Saskatchewan; involved in exploration for gold, silver, base metals and uranium not only in Canada but also in Mexico, Central America and Africa; worked for the Keevil Mining Group (now Teck Resources) for 9 years in exploration and was mine geologist for Temagami Mining Company; assisted several junior and senior mining companies, including Lacana, Wilanour, Premier Gold, Pelangio and Detour Gold Corp.

Robert Geurts, L.L.M.

Robert Geurts is a senior attorney for the Attorney General of Ontario. Mr. Geurts is a recognized expert in his field, lecturing and teaching widely on various subjects related to criminal law. During his 20 year career, he has been an instructor for the Ontario Bar Admissions Program, and a University lecturer in criminal law within the Justice Studies Program at Ryerson University. He also lectured at the Rogers School of Business until 2007. Prior to his professional career, Robert Geurts specialized in Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, Queens University LL.B, at Cornell Law School receiving his LL.M at Cornell University, N.Y. He also received a Masters of Arts concentrating in Constitutional Politics at the University Of Toronto.

John Harris - Director

John Harris is a specialist in structuring large scale financing for property developments. Since 2008 he has worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he established the local office and led the development of business from a start-up team of three to twenty staff with offices in Riyadh and Jeddah. He has provided highly respected financial reports and analysis to multinational concerns operating across the Middle East.
